Flip through the rainbow-colored cards and select your entrée type: Bento Box, Rice Bowl, Noodle Bowl, Soup Bowl or Salad Bowl. Then customize with your choice of protein, a gardenful of fresh veggies, sauces and even small details like type of rice or noodles.
Or order from the sushi menu and get your fishy fill. A top recommendation is the Ahi Tower with spicy tuna, crabmeat, avocado, caviar, and sushi rice mixed with cream and wasabi sauce. It’s a stunning sight to behold, but don’t spend too much time worshiping. It’s meant to be eaten, too.
