Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Mommy’s Dearest

It takes a brave woman to blatantly mock Martha Stewart and not fear waking up to a meticulously severed horse head in her bed.

It also helps if that brave woman is related to the Queen of Clean, as is the case with daughter Alexis Stewart who hosts the television show Whatever, Martha alongside sidekick (or is it punching bag?) Jennifer Koppelman Hutt.

After hosting the Sirius Satellite Radio Show Whatever, the duo has teamed up once again to bring forth TV that is equal parts traumatic childhood catharsis and Mystery Science Theatre 3000 silliness.

Like two little girls on the playground, Alexis being the bossy one and Jennifer being her motor-mouthed tag along, the ladies provide running commentary and craft-alongs with vintage clips from The Martha Stewart Show.

All the while they dish about Martha, her guests or the complexities of the culinary item du jour.

Sometimes it’s saucy, like their childish giggles about “nuts” while making candle wreaths. And sometimes it’s just a chilling look into the realities of being Martha Stewart’s daughter.

(We get the feeling she really hates wire hangers, if you know what we’re sayin’.)

But in end, it’s the kind of bad boob tube you just can’t turn away from.

So plug in your glue gun, and get ready to experience the burn of repressed memories!
