We’ve loved picture books every since we were little gaybies.
Dr. Seuss’ Hop on Pop undoubtedly lead to the Daddy fixation we had in our early twenties. Where’s Waldo? started our whole red-striped sweater fetish. And, well, our childhood dyslexia resulted in our favorite bedtime tale, Pumpkin, Pumpkin Peter Eater.
Well, now we have a grown-up picture book, which has only one downside: that it wasn’t created in pop-up form.
To celebrate the 100th model being added to his not-safe-for-work, subscription-based photo site, The Male Form, British photographer Dylan Rosser is releasing his third book, 100, today in the U.S. and it will leave scorch marks on your coffee table.
Oh, who are we kidding. Those marks will be on your nightstand.
Inside the 120-page book (some models get their own two-page spread!), you’ll sit in utter awe at these flawless examples of the male form in all its muscular glory. Some models show everything God blessed them with, others are a little shyer, but even those chaste-by-comparison pics are still the stuff of dreams.
And now that Ricky Martin has come out as gay, we’re putting in our official vote for “Mr. 101” on Rosser’s web site. That’s one male form we shake our bon bon to see.
