Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

iPlaid

Too many things that are recycled look like they were recycled. And even though it’s cool, hip, and the “Right Thing To Do,” we’re not about to give up style that easily, thankyouverymuch.

Luckily, we discovered Plaid Doctrine and now our moral dilemmas and fashion worries are completed solved. This is one of those great boutique companies that does just a few things, but does them extremely well. And all in plaid.

They’ve got briefcases, iPad sleeves (pictured), laptop totes and handbag organizers. Their products all use high-performance fabrics made from plastic bottles, which not only makes them eco-friendly, but water- and stain-resistant, as well. And you don’t get that nasty rubbery smell that so many products have these days.

Everything is locally made in the Seattle area (hey, Frasier!), and ground shipping within the continental U.S. is always free.

So when outfitting your electronic gadgets or completing that business ensemble, make sure you choose fashion first. The whole eco thing, well, that’s just a bonus!
