Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Stand Your Ground

Flip. Flop. Flip. Flop. Flip. Flop.

Ah, the marvelous chorus of summer.

It’s the sound of wearing a loose-fitting swimsuit. The echo of Romney’s stance on, well, just about anything. And, most importantly, it’s the official footwear of warm weather.

Prepare for flip-flops to blow your mind.

Introducing Pluggz, footwear designed to put you in touch with the earth’s energy.

The reason walking barefoot feels good is because you’re absorbing the earth’s energy in the form of electrons, which enable us to get grounded.

Pluggz recreates that same energy and barefoot sensation by embedding black plugs made from a custom carbon/rubber compound into an area of the flip-flop where your feet bear the most weight. The idea is that there’s a flow of energy created between your body and the earth.

Now, we have no real way of proving whether or not this actually works. At least not since our electron laboratory blew up in our last attempt to clone Zac Efron.

What matters is that these 100% rubber-soled flips are extremely comfortable. Plus, the little medallion on the strap is just enough bling to be fabulous without being, well, too fabulous.

The first time we wore them, we immediately felt the tingle of the plug underfoot. It creates an interesting sensation that feels better and better as the day wears on, rather than the typical flip-flop fatigue of poorly designed strappy footwear.

We wore our Pluggz for more than ten hours the first day and never felt weary.

Now to figure out why we’re suddenly receiving free satellite radio in our heads.
