Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Right On Q

We all know people who quote dialogue from their favorite movies while the movie’s playing. Annoying, right?

Or that guy who plays imaginary conductor during the symphony. Um, please get a life.

But for one night only, anyone and everyone gets a free pass to sing along with a Broadway musical, helping preserve the performers’ voices by letting the audience do most of the work.

(Hmmm. Perhaps Madonna should’ve conducted a sing-along instead of canceling her Saturday night Dallas show.)

On November 2, the thrice-extended run of Avenue Q at Theatre Too gives us the opportunity to join in on all the fun by belting out the raucous lyrics to one of the most hilarious musicals of all time.

We may even bring our own puppet to really get in the spirit.

Because unlike the person sitting next to you in the theater, a puppet won’t complain if you put your hand up his butt during the chorus.

Avenue Q Sing-Along with Cast
