Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Sundancing In The Dark

Sometimes we need a quirky movie about demon-obsessed televangelists to get us out of a funk.

Other times, we’re more in the mood to become absorbed in a groundbreaking documentary about collectors of bull semen.

And then there are the days that only a codependent lesbian alien can do the trick.

Thankfully, there’s a new way to get the latest films from the Sundance Institute that may never find their way to theaters everywhere, let alone right in our neighborhood.

Instead, we can now immediately download or stream a catalog of intriguing films through iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Microsoft Xbox, Sony Entertainment Network, SundanceNOW, VUDU, YouTube, Hulu, Netflix and SnagFilms.

And if you don’t have access to one of the outlets in the list above, then you’re probably reading this from a remote desert island. (A desert island with Wi-Fi, but still.)

The best part is the ever-changing lineup frequently features GLBT films, such as the aforementioned Sapphic creatures that appear in Codependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same (above).

It’s like having the Sundance Film Festival in your living room.

Without all the freakin’ snow.
