You’ve still got nothing to do tonight?
And after everything we’ve told you about this week. But that’s OK. There’s still one festively gay option that hasn’t been covered.
It’s the annual Holly Jolly Ball (among our favorite variety of balls, by the way).
Proceeds benefit the GLBT Leadership Education & Advocacy Program (LEAP), an organization created by the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce to support youth and nurture the development of leaders in the GLBT community.
Because today’s youth are tomorrow’s sugardaddy seekers. Gotta make sure they’re well-rounded and respectful.
Of course, it’s always nice to do good deeds during the holiday season, but it’s also important to keep up your strength and satisfy your thirst.
Food will be provided by several restaurants, including Cyclone Anaya’s, Cantina Laredo and Chili’s, along with desserts from Mocha Bakery and Kessler Cookie Company. The price of admission includes a free vodka cocktail or wine, too.
Best of all, you could walk away with a showcase of fabulous prizes in the Auction Raffle (yes, you read that correctly). There are airline tickets, hotel stays, spa treatments, theater tickets, wine packages and restaurant experiences all up for grabs.
Tickets are only $50, but the good you’ll do for the GLBT community is worth at least 327.6% more than that.
That’s a good ball, indeed.
