But this Saturday, we can get a taste of Sin City without ever leaving Big D thanks to the Vegas-themed 15th Annual Toast to Life Gala benefiting the HIV/AIDS programs of Resource Center Dallas.
This has been one of our favorite events for the past decade and a half, and it’s exciting to see how much it’s grown (raising more than $2.6 million in the process).
In addition to free-flowing wine and cocktails, some of the city’s best restaurants are on hand to provide delectable bites, including Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House, R + D Kitchen, Komali, Salum, Central 214 and Jack’s Southern Comfort Food.
Throughout the evening, bid on silent and luxury auction items, ranging from travel destinations and original artwork to fine dining and specialty services. Best of all, a $10 raffle gets you one entry for a three-night Las Vegas getaway, including airfare. So very soon, you could be basking in the glow of neon lights, eating your way from one buffet to the next.
