Playful and effervescent without being annoying, the album represents an ideal soundtrack for summer chillaxin’. With several different styles of music, including disco inspirations here and horn flourishes there, it’s always something new.
What’s really impressive is that she penned 11 of the albums 14 songs herself.
Not bad for somebody who can’t look out the window to see if it’s raining.
