Getting wet is fun. Drying off after a dip in the pool, lake or ocean, not so much.
That’s because there are few things more off-putting than using a damp towel that hasn’t dried off yet from your first rub-a-dub-dub of the day.
But that’s only if you’re using an old-fashioned terrycloth towel that would have to be draped over a lounge chair by a bonfire on the equator to dry off in time for a second use.
Not so with a Sevi pestemal. What’s a pestemal, you ask? We asked our Magic 8 Ball the very same question.
A pestemal is a large, Turkish linen that’s five times thinner than a traditional towel. That means it’s lighter weight and easier to carry, but also a fast-drying, very absorbent terry towel alternative.
Plus, they’re soooo soft we want to wear nothing but a Sevi pestemal all day, every day, all summer long.
With a smart pair of heels, of course. We’re not tacky.
