We like it raw, filthy and wild.
Because some theater productions are just too polished and predictable.
But everything we’ve ever seen at the intimate Stone Cottage Theatre has been so filled with passion and energy that it’s nearly impossible not to become engulfed in the drama. Or comedy.
Next up is Forever Lovely, the story of Lovely Uranus, the most popular third-rate drag queen in Dallas. At a crossroads in her life on several fronts, she’s struggling to make her next moves. That could mean quitting her day job at the Rainbow Retirement Home for Gay Men. Or bailing on her current relationship to rekindle a love afair long since over.
Written by Alejandro de la Costa and starring Mark-Brian Sonna, Forever Lovely promises a night of big gay drag entertainment filled with adult language and soft-core male nudity.
It’s like the bastard lovechild of Logo and Cinemax.
