It’s Gay Pride Weekend and that means more Dick’s than usual.
Not only is there Dick’s Happy Hour tonight, but a new event tomorrow called Dick’s Get Wet, a fun-in-the-sun pride pool party.
Dick’s Happy Hour, formerly known as Dick’s Night Out, celebrates its one-year anniversary tonight with DJ Casey Alva spinning tunes at the W Dallas Victory 33rd floor space (previously Ghostbar). It’s a big, fun gay party in a fab venue with spectacular views. And to keep things comfy, dress codes won’t be enforced, so feel free to wear a tank top and flippity-flops.
The dress code is even more casual tomorrow as everyone’s invited to strip down to square cuts and speedos at the Wet Deck at the W for an afternoon of splashing around the pool on the 16th floor. Space is limited to 250 people, so advance tickets are strongly recommended.
Both events feature $5 SKYY Vodka drinks and $5 beers, as well as $5 valet and free two-hour self parking in the garage.
The only thing we love more than Dick’s is a cheap cocktail. Combine the two, however, and we’ll be dreaming of Dick’s for weeks to come.
