Next Thursday, you’re going to want to make plans to have Dinner in the Field, a one-night, four-course meal on a real working farm. It’s a concept from Experimental Table, a farm-to-fork catering venture founded by Chefs Katie and George Brown.
Over the course of the evening, you’ll enjoy a tour of the farm, live music, and a canapé reception before sitting down for a delectable dinner made with seasonal produce, meats and seafood.
Best of all, it’s BYOB, so you can enjoy as much wine as you like. You’ll just have to find a designated driver willing to take you to Lucas, Texas.
Or be able to convince the Browns to let you sleep in their guest room.
