Glee’d Tidings

Our adolescence was riddled with crushes on teachers. Male and female.

Shocker, right?

There’s something about that safe, nurturing quality of a young educator that’s always filed a soft place in our heart. And the opposite of soft in other places.

We know if we were in high school right now, we’d have the biggest crush ever on Glee’s charming, handsome and charismatic show choir director played by Matthew Morrison. There’s just something safe and sexy about him all at once. The fact that he can sing is just icing on the beefcake.

Now, he’s gone from Broadway standards to holiday classics in a six-song EP called A Classic Christmas. Featuring some of our favorite tunes, including “It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year,” “This Christmas,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” and “Let It Snow,” the first song had only been playing for 30 seconds before we broke out a Christmas sweater and started steaming milk for our first cup of hot cocoa this season.

It’s an album that’s pretty much guaranteed to get you in the holiday spirit.

And in the mood to bang a teacher.
