You know you’re getting older when you go from being bi-curious to epicurious.

But such is life.

This weekend, join us at Addison’s newest food fest, Fork & Cork.

There, you can catch celebrity chefs (Kent Rathbun, Richard Chamberlain, Marcus Samuellson) doing food demos, watch top mixologists (Eddie “Lucky” Campbell) showcasing their skills and participate in hands-on classes, all while listening to live music from several bands, including headliner Pat Green.

Of course, the best part of a culinary event is actually sampling the food, beer and wine. Participating restaurants include Abacus, Belly & Trumpet, Chamberlain’s Steak & Chop House, Casa Rubia, Fogo de Chao, Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill, Oak, Pakpao Thai and Smoke, among dozens of others.

The festivities begin on Friday with the kick-off party ($65), an all-inclusive evening of food, drinks and music, which includes a souvenir wine glass and tastings from more than 40 purveyors.

The main festival ($35) on Saturday features complimentary tastings from 2:00-6:00 p.m., culinary classes and demos and the Pat Green Concert. Upgrade to VIP ($100) for reserved seating at the concert, free valet parking, a hands-on cooking demo with Marcus Samuellson, plus $50 in gift cards for Addison businesses.

On Sunday, we jog.
