Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Shredded Beefcake

Summer doesn’t officially begin for another week, so don’t give up on that swimsuit body quite yet.

Because we’ve now got a secret weapon named Mark Shipman.

He’s ripped, so he knows what the body needs to get that way. He’s energetic and relentless, so he keeps us focused and challenged. And he’s gay, so he understands how important it is for many of us to turn heads when we walk naked through Kroger.

When he’s not busy as Lead Instructor for cycling at Flywheel Sports Highland Park, he can be found motivating people in classes and in one-on-one personal training sessions at several area health clubs, including Sweat, an upscale gym in Inwood Village Shopping Center.

Not only is Mark dedicated to getting you the body of your dreams, he’s generous. Simply email him and he’ll get you a day pass for Sweat where you can try out the facility and classes before committing to make a real change.

But you’ll want to keep that fitness high going, we promise.

When we finished our personal training session with him, we were so sore we could barely walk.

A feeling that was oddly familiar.
