Because Katya, the Russian goddess from the seventh season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, is coming to town for a rescheduled appearance at The Brick.

We know picking favorite queens on RuPaul’s reality competition is a great sport for many and we certainly aren’t immune from picking sides. We had strong feelings for several of the finalists on this past season, but it was Katya (a.k.a. Brian McCook) who stole our heart by genuinely making us laugh episode after episode.

Plus, we think she was one of the nicest behind-the-scenes and that goes a long way with us.

So we’re thrilled to have a little holiday fun Saturday night with a self-proclaimed “average, run-of-the-mill, Russian bisexual transvestite hooker.”
