Granting Wishes With Tiramisu

dal-04_26_16We love to multitask.

Which is why we’re writing this while getting a pedicure in an Uber on the way to a lunch meeting. (We’re trying to block out the Spanish vocabulary lessons playing on the stereo, but no promises.)

So anytime we can accomplish more than one thing at once, we’re all about it.

That’s why the “Eat A Dish for Make-A-Wish” campaign is so muy bueno.

From now until June 29, order off the special menu and $1 will be donated to the great work of Make-A-Wish to make dreams reality for kids everywhere, whether it’s a trip to an amusement park or meeting their heroes in person.

Over the past 13 years, they’ve raised more than $6 million dollars.dal-04_26_16(2)You can add to that total by ordering things like asiago-crusted shrimp, filet mignon with asparagus risotto or fresh berry tiramisu (pictured above). We were invited to sample everything on the special menu last week and can vouch for the deliciousness of everything, but particularly that dreamy, creamy dessert.

Of course, you can donate more money while you’re dining at Maggiano’s to help make wishes come true that much mas rapido. Or just order up a few dozen more orders of tiramisu.

At least you have a good excuse.
