Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Wine, Women & Song

dal-05_10_16Summer festivals aren’t for us.

If we were meant to be hot and sticky all day, we would’ve been born a Krispy Kreme doughnut.

That’s why we try to cram in as many festivals in April in May while the weather is still on our side.

And one of our favorites takes place this Sunday.

Celebrating its tenth year, the Sue Ellen’s Music Festival is one of the best singing, dancing, grooving celebration in the LGBT community. Headliners this year include Kristy Lee, Sick Of Sarah, Ciao Bella, Anton Shaw, Nina Diaz and Radio Love Bus.

Upgrade to VIP tickets for premium reserved seating and wait service, too. (Well worth the extra 20 bucks if you ask us!)

The event is family-friendly and pooch-friendly, too, so bring the whole gang, rain or shine.

Fingers crossed for shine.

Sunday, May 15
Tickets: $20 (General Admission); $40 (VIP) at eventbrite.com

Thankfully, Taste of Greenville Avenue (TOGA) is this Saturday and we’re already practicing our sucking-in exercises. But it’s not just us. Even Mayor Tom […]
