Kate Weiser is known for the gorgeous, hand-painted chocolates she sells from her charming sweets boutique in Trinity Groves.
But she recently launched a full line of house-made ice creams and sorbets that she’s building epic sundaes around.
Among the creations you can sink your spoon into are the Jivara and Citrus (pictured above), which boasts Jivara milk chocolate ice cream, passion fruit sorbet, white coffee panna cotta, hazelnut “croutons” and hazelnut fluff.Other bowls are filled with things like rhubarb ice cream and brown butter crumb cake; mascarpone ice cream, carrot cake and cinnamon walnut crumble; lemon ice cream, lemon poppy cake and dried sour apple chips; or stout ale ice cream, biscoff mousse and mini chocolate chip cookies.
Each and every sundae is a gorgeous work of art, but more importantly, wonderfully delicious. Thanks to perfectly balanced textures and flavors, each bite reveals a summery surprise.
Ohhh, it’s going to be a long, long time before we can justify pulling into Sonic for an Oreo Blast.
