Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

The Bridge To Burgers

usa-09_26_16We remember when DIFFA/Dallas’ Burgers & Burgundy event was two Big Macs and a box of strawberry-infused chianti.

Or maybe that was our house last night.

The point is, Burgers & Burgundy has grown into a major event in its eight years to date.

Celebrity chef John Tesar returns to host the beefy bonanza and things are bigger than ever as party-goers take to the Ron Kirk Pedestrian Bridge on Friday, October 7 for an event bathed in the glow of the Dallas skyline.

This year’s theme is DIFFAcella, which equates to three live art installations in addition to the burger and wine pairings from the top chefs in North Texas. And if you’re not an oenophile, fear not. Beer and specialty cocktails will also be served.

Live entertainment by Repel the Robot and The Please, Please Me will provide the soundtrack and a live auction featuring architecturally magnificent dog houses and other fab items will round out the festivities.

Proceeds from the evening’s events directly benefit DIFFA/Dallas, which has granted more than $8 million to 25 local HIV/AIDS service organizations since it began in 1984.

Get your tickets today and get ready to party under the stars in less than two weeks.

Because life’s too short for Big Macs and cheap box wine.
