The list isn’t long, but we always thought RENT would be right up there toward the top. But we’d be wrong.
That’s because there’s actually a school edition of RENT that tones down some of the adult content a bit, but still showcases the best parts of Jonathan Larson’s groundbreaking musical inspired by Puccini’s La Boheme.
Produced by Junior Players at Dallas City Performance Hall, the simultaneously heartbreaking and uplifting production runs for four shows only. We think it’s a must-see simply because of the vibrant, youthful cast that will certainly breathe new life and perspective into the now-classic show.
The season of love starts tomorrow.
