Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Brunch Of The Month: Deep-Fried Sunday

We love a good spread. (We’re just not that limber anymore.)

But there’s another spread that has us really excited: Sunday Killer Brunch at Grayson Social downtown.

Sure, you could order the Eggs Benedict and call it a day.

Or you can jump all the way in with the Fried Chicken & Bubbles like we did last Sunday when they invited us in to check it out.

For $32 per person, you get a family-style serving of fried chicken, waffles with fresh berries and whipped cream, bacon mac-and-cheese, watermelon salad, creamed corn, a variety of Killer Biscuits from the biscuit bar, plus cobbler for dessert.

Oh, and champagne, of course.

Better still, if you want more fried chicken and waffles, just ask. They’ll make sure you get your fill. The massive assortment makes a really fun option for a group of friends (but requires a minimum of two people at the very least). Plus, it doesn’t hurt that this is some genuinely kick-ass fried chicken.

Elsewhere on the menu, the delightfully over-the-top Bloody Mary provides enough garnishes to curb your appetite until the fried chicken arrives.

Besides, most of us don’t ever get close to our recommended daily allowance of pickled quail eggs.
