Put Some Gay In Your Day!

Chips, Salsa & Transgender Rights

Being transgender in Texas just got a lot more difficult thanks to our wonderfully bigoted legislature.

Which means we need to be prepared to fight for our trans brothers and sisters because none of us are safe from the closed-minded actions of these morons. And as a united front, we can accomplish anything.

Tonight, learn about the continued struggle at #HRCMONDAYS: Transgender Civil Rights Awarenessan event presented by the Dallas/Fort Worth HRC Federal Club at Chino Chinatown at Trinity Groves.

Speakers begin at 7:00 p.m. with a candlelight vigil following to honor the transgender lives lost so far this year. Chef Uno, owner of Chino Chinatown, will provide chips and salsa and a portion of all Equality Vodka sales will benefit the Federal Club.

Who knows, you might just make some great new friends and stay for dinner.

Because even more than a common goal, duck fat fried rice makes the people come together.
