Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Bolly High

If ever there were a time to not break out your little black dress (or anything black, gray or otherwise drab, really), it’s this year’s Bollywood-themed Toast to Life.

On Saturday, March 3, The Empire Room will be transformed into the magical world of elaborate Bollywood movies with host Steve Kemble and DJ Jennifer Miller keeping things lively all night long.

Presented by Purple Foundation, the party features both a silent and live auction, open bar, food stations from top Dallas restaurants and plenty of dancing, dancing, dancing!

Tickets are $150, which is quite the bargain for a charity event of this magnitude.

Even if you can’t make it, you can still make a difference—and possibly come out a winner. For just $10 apiece, raffle tickets can be purchased for your chance to win 50,000 American Airlines miles (which equates to two round-trip flights in the continental U.S.), plus a one-night stay at the JW Marriott Los Angeles with breakfast for two. Only 500 tickets will be sold, so the odds are better than most raffles, to be sure.

All proceeds from the event benefit Resource Center, so you can feel great about your investment.

Plus, how many occasions to you get the chance to wear drop-crotch pants?
