Tomorrow night, Ryan Murphy makes history.

No, not just because this is the 4,732nd show he’s co-created in the last two years, but because Pose boasts the largest number of transgender actors in starring roles for a scripted TV show ever. Not to mention the largest cast of LGBTQ actors in recurring roles.

Set in the New York ball culture of the 1980s, the series promises to push all the usual boundaries of a Murphy series and then some.
