Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Eat, Drink & Be Airy

If you love your canapés and cabernet with a side of flora and fauna, have we got the event for you.

This weekend, The Dallas Arboretum Food & Wine Festival returns to the lush gardenscape of the popular destination overlooking White Rock Lake.

You’ll find lots of educational opportunities with seminars on all sorts of culinary topics, interactive panels with chefs, and special dinners. Of course, if you’re only in it to shove as much down your gullet as possible, you should direct your attention to Thursday’s Grand Tasting.

This is the big event with more than 40 chefs cooking up delightful creations and 24 wineries offering up perfect pairings. Tickets for that portion start at $150 for general admission and go up to $250 for a VIP experience that includes entry an hour ahead of everyone else. (Arboretum members save $25 off either option.)

Expect to leave tipsy and stuffed.

Crossing “yellow-rumped warbler” off your bird-watching list? Simply a bonus.
