Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

He Wrote The Book On Gay

We can barely put together a bookshelf from IKEA. And it comes with instructions!

Coming out, however, does not. At least not until now.

Written from his own personal experiences, YouTuber Riyadh Khalaf has written a guidebook for young queer guys, but we think the lessons can apply to those coming out at any age. We still know people into the 50s and 60s who have only recently admitted their sexuality.

Yay! You’re Gay! Now What? offers advice on the actual coming-out process; dealing with a first crush; what it means to identify as gay, bi, trans, queer, or some combination therein; dealing with bullies; body positivity; sex education for man-on-man encounters; and other topics that would’ve been very helpful in our formative sexual years!

Best of all, there’s a support section written by Khalaf’s parents, as well as stories from gay guys all over the globe meant to help those closest to the boy or man revealing his sexuality to the world.

Because coming out is rarely a solo effort.
