Brunch Of The Week: The Rise Of Wigwalker

We now return to your regularly scheduled Drag Brunch.

After the closure of Don’t Tell Supper Club, the only bi-weekly drag brunch in town died along with it. But its star, Jenni P is back and better than ever in a whole new venue.

Sunday, November 24 marks the second installment of the Sumthin’ Fishy Drag Brunch at the recently opened Crab House Seafood & Oyster Bar in the former Sisu space on Maple Avenue. So, naturally, all the fishiness isn’t relegated to the stage alone.

Your $5 ticket reserves a spot for the hilarious show featuring Jenni and her lineup of special guests. Order your brunch food and drink favorites from the special menu and come prepared to cheer on the queens.

BREAKING DRAG BRUNCH NEWS: This just in! Tickets have just gone on sale for another drag brunch in January. The theme for this edition of the Marsha & Friends Drag Brunch will be GOSPEL and like all the ones before it, it’s guaranteed to sell out. Helping raise the praise alongside Marsha Dimes will be Thai Mai Shu, Aunt Marge, Gloria Wholes, Nippy Peakes, Ivana SiSonnet and Venus Envy.

The $35 brunch (plus a $2 online seat reservation) includes three mimosas and your choice of brunch entrée at Cedar Springs Tap House. Plus, all tips from Marsha’s show go directly to LifeWalk and Prism Health North Texas.

So make plans for both of these great drag brunches and hit up your bank for some fives and ones. Although we wouldn’t be surprised if some of these gals take credit cards.
