We’ve always wanted to visit a pyramid. But the smell of camels has always made us queasy.
Well, now there’s a closer option for all your pyramiding pleasures called PY1. The ultra-cool experience features an 81-foot-tall pyramid imagined by Guy Laliberté, one of the visionary creative forces behind Cirque du Soleil. It debuted in Montreal in the summer of 2019 and has a new limited engagement home in Arlington as of this past December.
Plan your visit and join 999 of your closest new friends all ready to experience an immersive, state-of-the-art music and video experience with 360-degree visuals.
You can purchase tickets to two family-friendly shows, Stella: The Time Machine Journey and Through the Echoes, but we’re more of the adults-only persuasion. So you’ll find us at one of the special 21-and-over dance party theme nights that start late and end even later. (Keep checking the web site and social media for upcoming dates if the party you want to attend doesn’t have a scheduled time yet.)
Themes include Astral Plane, Candy World, Eye Wonder, POP, Underworld and Karnival taking place this weekend with the creator himself, Laliberté, DJing during the night’s festivities. Costumes or thematic dress are encouraged and mood boards are available on the web site to get your creative juices flowing.
And speaking of creative juices, these adult nights feature multiple cocktailing opportunities, including two bars in VIP sections for only a little bit more per ticket. So join us at the pyramid soon and leave the camel at home.
Don’t worry, you might meet someone interested in a different kind of hump while you’re there.
