Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Black. Queer. Here. (And Fabulous!)

A year ago we were headed to World Pride in New York City.

But we’ve embraced the notion of virtual Pride celebrations 100%. We have to wait until July 25-26 for our Dallas Pride virtual events, so this weekend we’re turning to stages outside Dallas to fill our hearts with joy and our souls with rainbows.

The Black Queer Town Hall takes place tonight, tomorrow and Sunday at 5:30 p.m. Dallas time with Bob the Drag Queen and Peppermint taking the lead among dozens of entertainers, activists and LGBTQ leaders. See the a nice portion of the lineup below.

There’s a GoFundMe to help pay for the event and at press time, it’s about $50,000 shy of the total $150,000 goal. So feel free to donate to the cause and help people get paid a fair wage for their participation.

It’s going to be fun, informative and hella gay.

Three things we can’t say about our family 4th of July picnic.
