Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Supplies Party

For nerdy, non-athletic kids like us, stay-at-home schooling sounds like a dream come true. Think of all The Price Is Right we could watch!

And all the wedgies we could avoid.

But we know the reality of distant learning sucks bigtime for tens of thousands of parents, teachers and students. The need for school supplies, however, doesn’t disappear along with the traditional classroom.

The annual back-to-school fundraiser hosted by Resource Center has gone virtual this year, which should come as zero surprise to anyone living in the United States of Pandemica.

During the online event tonight from 6:00-7:00 p.m., you’ll get chance to learn about Resource Center’s Youth First program, enjoy entertainment from participants in the youth program and take a virtual tour of the Youth First suite.

Most importantly, it’s a chance to donate money to this critically important program for the LGBTQ youth of North Texas.

Then when it’s all over, you can reward yourself for being generous with a glass of wine.

Or sniff some Elmer’s Glue if you’re feeling nostalgic.
