Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Justice, Texas-Style

When we can’t get together, we come together.

Tomorrow night, join Lambda Legal for We’re Here, Texas: A Virtual Soirée for Justice, a party organized jointly by the host committees of the Dallas Landmark Dinner and Houston’s Equality’s Night Out. The event aims to bring together the entire state of Texas online in support of the programs and services of Lambda Legal.

Expect plenty of inspiring stories about the progress we’ve already made and the chance to be a part of future change. Despite the continued successes of the LGBTQ community in gaining equality, there’s never been a more important time in modern history to fight to keep what we’ve so slowly earned.

Additionally, there will be plenty of entertainment from Alyssa Edwards, Karamo Brown, Shea Coulee and Kameron Ross.

Access to the event is free with an RSVP, but a suggested donation of $50 is encouraged. Of course, any amount will be appreciated if you’re able to show your support financially. Details about how to access the online event will be distributed after you register.

On a night when half the country celebrates the most unfit president in the history of the galaxy, it’s fitting that the LGBTQ citizens of Texas unite with hope for a brighter future within reach.

But only if we all do our part.
