Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

The Masked Singers

It wouldn’t be the holidays without the Turtle Creek Chorale. Each year, they present a showcase of their incredible talent that’s equal parts nostalgia and hilarity.

This year, praise Santa, will be no different.

Well, a little different. As you can easily guess, their Holidays Unmuted show will be a virtual one for the first time in 41 years.

Liza, a little tipsy (and tipped over)

The show will be hosted by Liza Minnelli (portrayed by B.J. Cleveland) and have the throwback style of a 1960s TV special when you never know who’s going to ring the doorbell and drop by for a song and some nog.

Expect plenty of surprises, along with long-time traditions, including “Silent Night” performed in sign language to honor and remember those members of the chorale who’ve passed on.

The show streams simultaneously this Friday at 7:00 p.m. for free on both the group’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, so plan a festive evening around this celebration that will remind us that everything’s going to be OK.

All you need to do is log in and be there with bells on!

Or because you’re watching from home, be there with nothing on. The choice is yours.
