Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Setting The Stage For A Better 2021

Among the long, long, loooooong list of things we miss right now, live theater ranks right up there with indoor dining and in-person physical exams with our really cute doctor. (We’ve been practicing turning our head and coughing for almost a year!)

With the vaccine finally a reality, however, we know it won’t be long before full-scale productions return to the Dallas Arts scene. But organizations still need our help more than ever to make that happen.

Tonight, Dallas Theater Center hosts Staging Joy, a virtual fundraiser packed with entertainment and a behind-the-scenes look at the incredible creativity behind DTC.

Hosted by Enloe/Rose Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty and Diane and Hal Brierley Resident Acting Company members Liz Mikel and Christopher Llewyn Ramirez (pictured above), you’ll get a glimpse of what’s in store the rest of this season along with plenty of surprises.

Can’t make it online tonight at 7:00 p.m.? Don’t worry, you can still help support DTC by texting DTCJOY to 41444 to donate. Every little bit helps.

And soon we’ll be giving standing ovations in person, arm-in-arm, kissing strangers seated next to us without a mask.

You know, just like we used to do in 2019.
