Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

You Like To Watch, They Like To Dance

If you love men in tights like we love men in, well, anything, then this weekend in Dallas will scratch your itch to find beauty in movement.

It kicks off today with The Poetry of Expression: Part I, a digital mixed repertoire experience from Texas Ballet Theater. One $30 household ticket gets you unlimited access to The Story of You and VREC until April 9.

You’ll be able to get up close and personal on your device with some of the most talented dancers anywhere and support the first of four local dance companies, too.

The Poetry of Expression: Part I. Hope we can zoom in on the performers!

Then, Friday and Saturday, AT&T Performing Arts Center presents Together We Dance, a collaboration between Avant Chamber Ballet, Bruce Wood Dance and Dallas Black Dance Theatre.

The three performances will take place under the night sky at Annette Strauss Square and tickets range from $30 to $50. You can bring your own blanket or chair (with restrictions), but you can’t bring anything else (ice chests, pets, members of QAnon, umbrellas, or any outside food and drinks).

But you can bring a thirst for culture.

And chase it down with a cocktail from the bar.
