Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Same Easter, Different Park

We may never again get to enjoy the outdoor shenanigans of Easter in the Park in Oak Lawn, but we still hold out hope the event will return one day.

At least this year somebunny else has taken up the cause.

This Saturday, (Easter Eve to be accurate), Easter in Victory Park fills the hole in our heart with an afternoon of springtime fun.

For the first time ever, a new Easter event takes place on the lawn outside Sweet Tooth Hotel.

Once there, you can participate in an egg hunt throughout Victory Park with gift card prizes, purchase craft cocktails from the Sweet Tooth Hotel cash bar cart, dine on picnic tacos and boozy beverages from Mesero, as well as partake in several other specials from Victory Park merchants.

It might not be the wall-to-wall gays of Easter in Turtle Creek Park, but if everyone reading this attends we can definitely make our joyous queer presence known.

Besides, where else can we wear our fabulous new Easter bonnet?
