If there’s one thing we forget until each new December holiday season rolls around, it’s that during two weeks off days of the week don’t matter. Which means we often crave brunch on a Monday morning.
Or Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.
Even a more appropriate Sunday at noon.
Well, next time you have weekdays off for vacation, you’ll be prepared because Eggsquisite Cafe has you covered (in hollandaise, no less).
With locations in the burbs of Allen, McKinney, Frisco, McKinney and Southlake, the daily 7:00 a.m.—3:00 p.m. eatery delivers all the brunchy goods.
They have a full lineup of Benedicts, including the chorizo version above, several hearty skillets, a variety of omelets, and all sorts of waffles, French toast and pancakes. (You can even get mini pancakes as a free side with many dishes!)
Even some healthy stuff makes an appearance (plus salads, sandwiches and chicken fried steak if you’re wanting lunchy rather than breakfast).
Plus, the squeezed-to-order orange juice is so good, we even opted to skip the bubbly on our recent visit. And we rarely pass up the chance for a mimosa.
Perhaps it’s because we were in all actuality eating brunch on a Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.
And had a loooong drive back to Dallas.
