Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Another Man’s Treasures

Our favorite part about hooking up at somebody else’s house? Going through his drawers when he’s making us waffles the next morning.

Well, now we can have a similar voyeuristic payoff by digging for somebody else’s things when Unclaimed Baggage rolls into town for a one-day experience.

It all goes down Saturday, August 6 at Dallas Farmers Market.

Stop by between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for a behind-the-scenes look at how the company processes what they find in unclaimed bags, sort through an actual unclaimed bag to determine what’s worth keeping, and explore the Museum of Oddities featuring the strangest things uncovered in suitcases.

For 50 years Unclaimed Baggage has been giving new life to items left behind (or more likely lost by the airlines). You can even shop through their one-of-a-kind finds online if you don’t have plans to be in Scottsboro, Alabama anytime soon.

Who knows, you might just stumble upon something from a suitcase you left on the conveyer belt that one time after too many Bloody Marys with the Southwest flight attendants in the airport bar.
