Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion—and ours is that Greg Abbot is an idiot and bigot of monstrous proportions. (Shocker we think that, right?)
We’re Team Beto all the way over here at He Said Dallas and if you’re “One of us, one of us, one of us” then we have an event that you’ll be pleased to know about.
Next Tuesday, September 20, a fab group called Artists for Beto is hosting Rally at the Gallery to raise funds for the Beto O’Rourke campaign, register people to vote, and get people dancing to the tunes of DJ Lucy Wrubel. There will be free food trucks, too.
Oh, and if you haven’t guessed by now, Beto himself will be at the event.
An RSVP is required to attend (and receive the event’s address details), so register now.
During the event, an auction of works from 39 artists will be on display, but you can start bidding on the auction right this very moment.
Contribute as little as a dollar to get in the door, but we hope you’ll consider more if you want to see this man kick Abbott out of the governor’s mansion this fall.
Boy oh boy will that be a reason to celebrate.
