If you like to chew to the beat of a high-energy song, or take a swig of a cocktail every time the chorus hits, have we got a brunch for you.
Postino WineCafé in Deep Ellum recently launched a special extension of its regular Saturday and Sunday brunch (which runs each day from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
Now every Sunday, the vibe completely changes at noon when Beats & Bubbles takes over and a live DJ spins tunes until 5:00 p.m.
So, basically you could have a Sunday brunch that lasts a whole Dolly Parton-worthy workday, from 9 to 5! You don’t even have to submit a résumé.
You simply need decision-making skills to choose between their famous build-your-own bruschetta boards, cast iron sticky bread, Panettone French toast and meatball shakshouka.

Because this is a wine-and-beer bar, you won’t find hard alcohol. But that means you can explore creative versions of favorites, such as the Sherry Mary that subs in (you guessed it) sherry for vodka.
Perhaps best of all, brunch falls within the restaurant’s amazing everyday happy hour, which offers $6 glasses of wine (any wine on the menu!) and $6 pitchers of beer (any beer on the menu!) until 6:00 p.m. Every. Single. Day.
So you can easily spend a couple of hours on the patio or nestled into a cozy booth and not rack up a gigantic tab.
Unless you’re like us and it’s not really brunch until the 17th glass of $6 wine.
