Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Turtley, Creeky, Artsy

Ready to bask in some fresh air?

Then fly, drive, walk, run, skate, crawl, or glide into Reverchon Park this weekend.

One of the city’s best arts festivals returns for a fall edition starting Saturday.

The Turtle Creek Fine Arts Festival kicks off its final edition of the year at the 43-acre park with up to 125 painters, photographers, sculptors, glass blowers, jewelers, and crafters showcasing their talents. The festival also features artist demonstrations, live music, an emerging artists pavilion, a designated kids’ area, plus plenty of food and drink.

It’s the perfect way to spend a couple of hours on your weekend.

Or 13.

And, it’s an even better place to get some of your holiday shopping out of the way while supporting local artists.

Of course, it’s right down the street from some great LGBTQ bar patios. (Just sayin’.)
