Even though we’re probably going to make it a quiet, hopefully-tripledemic-free New Year’s Eve, we’re skipping the big public displays of affection at midnight.
Keeping our privates private for once in our lives.
But we know many people, especially those vaxxed, boosted and otherwise full of antibodies from previous infections, are eager to say sayonara to 2022 at a big party.
Full of open-mouth kisses at midnight.
Well, fear not. If crowded events are your jam, you’re more than covered in the Oak Lawn gayborhood this year as Alexandre’s, Cedar Springs Tap House, Dallas Woody’s, Mr. Misster, JR’s, The Rose Room, The Round-Up Saloon and Dance Hall, Station 4, Sue Ellen’s and TMC open their doors to all LGBTQ partiers and allies who know how to count backward from 10 when asked to do so.
There’s still plenty of time to pick where you want to go, but whatever you do, be safe.
Because we can’t wait to see you again in 2023!
