Because tonight, the Cedar Springs Merchant Association’s First Thursday Wine Walk returns with a special May the 4th Be With You edition.
If you haven’t already been inundated on social media or you’ve been living under a rock on Tatooine for the past few years, today (May 4) is Star Wars Day! And many of the bars, restaurants and businesses along the Cedar Springs crossroads will be celebrating.
Dress up in your favorite interplanetary gear (or don’t, it’s all good), pick up your $10 wine glass from outside the Round-Up Saloon, then go from merchant to merchant getting free refills on wine while you shop.
As always, return to the Round-Up at 9:00 p.m. for your chance at a raffle for a gift basket filled with merch from participating businesses.
Proceeds from tonight and every month’s wine walk support the beautification of the Oak Lawn neighborhood.
Even though the more you drink, the better everyone looks, we’re talking about long-term, real beautification here!
