Put Some Gay In Your Day, Dallas!

Flaming, Flaming, Flaming

We LOVE balls.

And after our first viewing of Paris Is Burning back in the ’90s, we became fond of an entirely different category of balls.

The Oscar-nominated documentary returns to Dallas and CinéWilde wants you to see it. Join us Friday at the Texas Theatre and witness a moment in time that inspired everything from RuPaul’s Drag Race to Pose.

As always, there will be a pre-film talk followed by an epic afterparty, this time a community ball in association with The Imperial Kiki House of Nike.

Anyone can join and participate in these categories: Runway, Footwear, Performance and Best Dressed.

This extra-special screening marks the 10th anniversary of CinéWilde and, you guessed it, Paris Is Burning was the first film they showed.

So come dressed to the nines (and earn one of many “10s, 10s, 10s across the board”) and be as flamboyant as you wanna be.

Category is: Moviegoer Realness.
